The chamomile flower is native to Europe and Asia. It is an ingredient in many teas. It is known to be a great remedy for many things and is often used to relax, relieve headaches, and aid in digestion. For chamomile tea you can simply bring 1 cup of water to a boil, then sprinkle 1 teaspoon of dried flowers into the water and boil for half a minute with lid on. Remove from heat and let stand another minute. Serve with honey and lemon juice.

How old are these spices?
We purchase what we need every year right after the spices are harvested. These spices are as fresh as you can get. They are not sitting in a warehouse for multiple years. The oldest spices we carry will be one year old compared to the commodity market which warehouses spices for 10+ years before selling them to you.
Are these spices certified organic?
