Inner cardamom seeds are the small, aromatic seeds found inside cardamom pods, known for their intense, sweet, and slightly spicy flavor. These seeds can be used whole or ground, and their potent flavor works well in both sweet and savory dishes. You can add them to curries, baked goods like cookies or cakes, rice dishes, or even hot beverages like chai or coffee. If using whole seeds, it's best to lightly crush or grind them to release their oils and enhance the flavor. Because they are so flavorful, a little goes a long way, making them a perfect addition to elevate the taste of many recipes.
