Our Highland Cloves are some of the plumpest and most gorgeous cloves we've ever seen that come from a family-owned farm in Matale, Sri Lanka. They have a sweet, tingling flavor that is perfect in a vast array of recipes and can even convert those who aren't fond of this potent spice.
