Originally grown around present-day Greece, cilantro has been used as a culinary herb for a very long time. The leaves of the plant are usually referred to as cilantro, while the seeds are most commonly called coriander. The leaves and stems pair well with spicy foods. The leaves are often sprinkled like parsley on cooked dishes, or minced or puréed in sauces, soups, and curries. In Mexico and the Southwestern U.S., cilantro is used in everything from salsas and salads to burritos and meat dishes.

FAQ
How old are these spices?
We purchase what we need every year right after the spices are harvested. These spices are as fresh as you can get. They are not sitting in a warehouse for multiple years. The oldest spices we carry will be one year old compared to the commodity market which warehouses spices for 10+ years before selling them to you.
What does the tier system mean?
